Refund Policy

The following schedule applies for all cancellations:

IWA Refund Policy

No refund requests will be honored after a registrant has enrolled and paid for a certification training course. Once enrolled, fees paid cannot be transferred between opportunities. No refunds will be given if the registrant is not able to complete certification training or fails to get certified.

IWA Cancellation Policy

IWA reserves the right to cancel any certification training course or any course meeting for any reason at any time. For courses cancelled by IWA, all certification fees will be refunded. Every effort will be made to reschedule a course meeting.

IWA Misrepresentation Policy

It is expected that the registrants enrolled in a training course will attend as scheduled, perform their own work on all assignments and take exams with honor, integrity, and professionalism. IWA has a zero tolerance for cheating and unethical behavior. This includes but is not limited to (1) someone other than the enrolled registrant attending a training course on his or her behalf; (2) publishing, in any manner, whether written or oral, course materials, work, assignments, projects, exam questions, or results; or(3) the performance or submission of assignments or exams that is not the work of the enrolled agent.

The decision as to whether a registrant has engaged in cheating or other unethical behavior is at the sole discretion of IWA. Any agent so engaged will be immediately dropped from the training course. Any unethical behavior may be grounds for permanent removal from the IWA network.

Course Drop Policy

If a registrant voluntarily drops from a training course, the registrant may be required to wait a period of four weeks before re-enrolling in any other training course and/or opportunity.

Course Transfer Policy

Registrants may not transfer to another course schedule without the approval of IWA.

Please note that the info sessions and business announcements are intended simply as a summary of the applicable training and/or business opportunity. It is not a legal document or advisory, nor is it intended to be a comprehensive review of all the terms included in any applicable training or You should thoroughly review all information prior to executing it when offered or proceeding.
